How it started
Built from a real problem. Grown by real feedback.
The founders grew up in a home where their parents ran a school. Every year they watched the same problems come back: donation campaigns tracked by hand, receipts printed and lost, member lists scattered across a dozen spreadsheets, and a treasurer spending evenings reconciling what a system should have reconciled by itself.
We wanted member records, donations and daily administration to work together for the communities we knew. So we built the system we wished our parents had, shaped around their practical needs.
More than 200 organizations now use Unisoft every day, from a single-room minyan to networks running dozens of programs across several countries. Every version we ship comes from something one of them told us.

The idea
Years of watching a school being run on spreadsheets, printed receipts and goodwill turn into a decision: build one system instead of ten workarounds.

First version
The core proves itself in real conditions — donations tracked alongside member records, and a member database that matches how a community actually works.

Receipts across several tax systems, multi-currency, recurring campaigns: the subject is genuinely complex. The screen shouldn’t be. If a feature needs a training session, we designed it wrong.
