Serve the mission, not the software
Nobody founded a community in order to use a CRM. Our job is to disappear behind the work that matters — and to give back the evenings that admin was quietly taking.
About us
We build software for Jewish communities — so that the people who carry them can spend their time on people, not paperwork.
How it started
The founders grew up in a home where their parents ran a school. Every year they watched the same problems come back: donation campaigns tracked by hand, receipts printed and lost, member lists scattered across a dozen spreadsheets, and a treasurer spending evenings reconciling what a system should have reconciled by itself.
The tools that existed were built for American charities and priced accordingly — a percentage on every donation, features nobody in a synagogue needed, and nothing at all for a Beth Habad running on volunteers. So we built the system we wished our parents had.
More than 200 organizations now use Unisoft every day, from a single-room minyan to networks running dozens of programs across several countries. Every version we ship comes from something one of them told us.
Years of watching a school being run on spreadsheets, printed receipts and goodwill turn into a decision: build one system instead of ten workarounds.
The core proves itself in real conditions — donations collected with 0% commission, and a member database that matches how a community actually works.
The first organizations come on board and start collecting, managing their members and sending campaigns from a single place.
AI assistants, multi-currency, tax receipts for several countries, donation kiosks: every addition answers a request from an organization already using Unisoft.
What drives us
They sound simple. They are also the reason people stay with us.
Nobody founded a community in order to use a CRM. Our job is to disappear behind the work that matters — and to give back the evenings that admin was quietly taking.
Receipts across several tax systems, multi-currency, recurring campaigns: the subject is genuinely complex. The screen shouldn’t be. If a feature needs a training session, we designed it wrong.
0% commission isn’t a launch offer, it’s the model. No percentage on what you collect, no fee that appears once you’ve grown, no data held hostage if you leave.
Tell us how you work today. We’ll show you what it looks like in one system.
