What Unisoft processes, why, and the rights you and your donors keep.
What we process
Community data entered by your organization (members, families, donations, events), account data of administrators, and technical logs needed to run the service.
What we never do
Donor data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Card data never touches Unisoft servers — payments are handled by certified processors (Stripe, GoCardless and peers). Open Banking connections are read-only.
Where it lives and how it leaves
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your organization can request a full export at any time, and deletion upon account closure.
