Donorbox specializes in fundraising, including donation forms, recurring gifts, campaigns and event tickets. It also offers CRM, AI and kiosk products. It suits teams that want to keep their website and strengthen fundraising.
Unisoft is worth evaluating when household records, Jewish dates and finance need to share the same workspace. Compare your actual donation channels and reporting. Do not assume either product includes every add-on, or that an AI or kiosk feature is unique to Unisoft.
Compare the same period, currency, donation volume and channels: subscription + platform commission + processor fees + paid modules + setup or migration. International Essential uses Stripe and adds 2.6% Unisoft commission; Unlimited / Full have 0% Unisoft commission. French plans have their own terms. Processor fees remain separate in every case. Migration assistance starts with a review of your exports: contacts, households, payment history and open pledges. Agree the mapping, a trial import, balances and cutover date before switching. Recurring payment credentials may require a separate provider process.
