Before you connect
You need an eligible GoCardless account and a valid mandate for the relevant bank debit scheme. This is a bank debit flow, distinct from card payments.

Collect supported bank direct debits through your GoCardless configuration.
Setup and payment flow
Configure the account, have the payer authorize the mandate and follow payment status in Unisoft. Check the initial collection and later recurring instalments before relying on the schedule.
Scope and limits
Bank debit confirmation can be delayed or followed by a failure. An authorized mandate is not a completed payment. Country, scheme and currency eligibility depend on GoCardless.
Plan and costs
International Essential supports Stripe only. Other configured gateways and custom bank integrations are assessed with the team under Unlimited / Full; French offers have separate terms. Subscription, Unisoft commission and provider fees are separate. Confirm country, currency and enabled operations before subscribing.
