Plans depend on your organisation’s market, independently of the site language. See our regional pricing for current amounts, inclusions and conditions. All plans include unlimited users without an extra user fee. Payment processor fees are separate.
0% Unisoft commission on donations, all year, including campaigns. Your payment processor’s fees remain separate. See pricing for the details of each plan.
Migration support is included. We review your exports, agree the data to transfer and help you validate the result before switching. The scope and timing depend on your existing system; recurring payments need a separate review with the relevant processor.
Yes. Local Beth Habad use the community CRM for members, families, Yahrzeit, donations and activities. Yossi works in the Unisoft app and backoffice. Tourist Beth Habad can also use Shabbat reservations, a kosher directory, selected lodging imported from Booking.com and Airbnb, destination information and a multilingual tourist site. Tourism is included in Unlimited without an extra subscription.
International Essential uses Stripe. Unlimited supports additional payment methods and bank integrations according to country, eligibility and configuration. Open Banking connections are read-only and provide reconciliation suggestions for your team to validate. Check the methods available to your organisation with our team.
Unisoft provides receipt templates for supported fiscal formats. The available format depends on your organisation’s country, settings and payment method, and the donor’s required details. Ask our team to confirm the format for your organisation; the donor’s country alone does not determine every receipt.
Yes, natively. Yahrzeit reminders in both Hebrew and civil dates, Hebrew anniversaries, parashat hashavua, daily zmanim, all moadim. Family relationships track Jewish kinship — who is married to whom, children, parents — so your CRM understands the rhythm of Jewish life rather than treating members as isolated contacts.
The interface supports several languages, including English, French and Hebrew with RTL. Content translation and interface language are separate capabilities; the available receipt formats depend on your organisation’s setup. Ask us about your team’s languages and country.
